Comment to The four basic Elements of Dining

I think that the article was all over at first and i dont know if i understand why they had a conversation. I felt that they could have wrote that differently. I do agree with "just because someone doesn’t know why she feels so grand in a space, so sexy, doesn’t mean that feeling was not consciously built in. It could be the lighting. Or the music. Or the old radiator that reminds her of home." When you look at some restaurants that have been open for may years but the door is barely hanging on, but yet the food is great. It reminds me of a place to eat by my house. You cant call it a restaurant, you cant call it a diner. They have a dish called a "Garbage plate" it is Pasta salad on top of hard home frys on top of two over cooked burger patties. But every time i am home i will go there and eat, and i will love it. It maybe that i am not always in the right mind state, or that the woman that works there called "mom" must be over 100 years old. What ever it is, people will always go there until they close
