Good bye El Bulli

It is a sad day now that El Bulli is now closing. I don’t think that they should close. Maybe that they instead, should look at a different way of running the restaurant. But one of the things that Mr. Adrià has always prided himself on was teaching people his techniques that he has learned. So I bleave that the school would be a good investment for him to do. I can only hope that within the next year I have the opportunity to go to Spain and be one of the last to eat at such an amazing place
